While the base product may traditionally be dishwasher safe, we strongly recommend hand washing to ensure the longevity of your item. Dishwashers can damage or weaken custom personalizations, vinyl, decals, or coatings over time. Hand washing helps protect your custom-made design and keeps your item looking its best.

Changes are only possible within 1 hour of ordering.
Because all of our products are handmade and custom-made, we begin preparing materials, scheduling production, and in many cases starting the personalization process shortly after an order is placed. Once production begins, changes cannot be made without causing delays, material waste, or affecting other customer orders. Limiting changes to the first hour ensures we can keep turnaround times efficient and maintain the quality and accuracy of every custom order.
